Apartment Building Fire

A fire in one apartment that spread out over the entire first floor and traveled up into the second floor meant that over fourteen families had to unexpectedly evacuate from their units.  The affected units also included the lobby and receptionist area and even the Homeowners Association office.  The property manager was prepared and called SERVPRO of Arleta/Hansen Hills right away to respond and help mitigate all the fire damage.  As an example from one of the units, the after picture shows our trained technicians how much one of the units had been affected and needed to be removed.
