Flooding Causes Mold in Arleta, CA

It is unusual to know that you have mold in your crawlspace because hardly anyone goes down there for fun.  A lot of the time, we see mold in crawlspaces when homes are in escrow and going through final inspection.  The homeowners forgot they had a minor flood a while back and they started to panic because they were afraid the new buyers will no longer want the home if there was mold.  That's when SERVPRO of Arleta/Hansen Hills came in for emergency services.  The before and after picture were taken within days of each other because we knew there was a time crunch. The Arleta homeowners were thrilled with the timeline and were able to continue with the escrow process.
