I want to compliment SERVPRO on their recent handling of my fire claim. SERVPRO did a wonderful job of handling the work from start to finish, the communication to us was great and all work was professional. They responded quickly and this helped minimize potential further damage to our home. Overall, we found the staff to be extremely efficient from beginning to end. Based on our experience, if we ever had another claim we would use them, but we will of course refer them to friends and family. 

I had a kitchen fire and the smoke damage, especially in the upstairs bedrooms, was extensive. I brought in 2 local Fire Restoration Companies who explained their procedure but I did not feel totally comfortable with the process. I thought a big company like SERVPRO would be expensive and that they would have a "cookie-cutter" approach to their service. Man, was I wrong.

Genna, one of the owners, and David, his Project Manager, came in and immediately I could see the difference in their professionalism and expertise. They clearly explained the process and timelines and I immediately felt at ease. My wife was especially grateful at how careful and thorough they were around Covid practices. They wore masks and shields and had all sorts of protective equipment, including shoe guards. And to our surprise, they were the lowest quote of the 3 quotes I received.

In a time where there are so many disasters from major forest fires to all the Covid cleanups, I thought I would be lucky to see the owner once. But Genna called me personally every few days to give me status updates and the comfort to know they were working expeditiously and that I would be back in the house on schedule.

Well, Genna and David actually had us in the house a week early! And you would never know there was a fire! Our house looked perfect! I highly recommend Genna and his SERVPRO team for their professionalism, expertise, sensitivity to what we were going through and beating the schedule they provided. Thank you Genna! We had a kitchen fire, and the SERVPRO team was amazing the whole way through - initial consultation and scope of work, friendliness of staff, care for our belongings, which included boxing up and labeling much of our kitchen, cleanliness during the demo, communicating what they were doing, what was next, timeline, Daily updates to the insurance company - they made us feel like they cared and were here to help us - which is rare but so welcomed.

My son used SERVPRO just before I had my fire damage and recommend that I give them a call, and I am glad I did. They were extremely professional with both claims and did their best work, I could have not asked for better service.

The apartment complex that I live in didn't have the best fire and smoke detectors and when I returned home from work one evening I learned there had been a fire in my apartment.
